Apple Cinnamon Fall Harvest Smoothie

 1 cup plant milk
 1 qt Splash pure vanilla extract
 1 qt small apple, peeled and cored
 1 qt banana
 2 tsp cinnamon (plus extra to top)
  tsp nutmeg
 1 qt vanilla Complete

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.

TIPS

• Put liquids into the blender first, followed by the produce, and then the dry ingredients to help keep the dry ingredients from sticking to the sides of the blender.
• Add ice to make your smoothie colder. If frozen fruits and vegetables are used, ice is not usually needed.
