Blueberry Blast Smoothie

 ½ cup water (add more for desired consistency)
 ½ cup plant milk (add more for desired consistency)
 ½ cup blueberries
 ½ banana
 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, chard)
 1 tbsp flaxseeds or chia seeds
 1 chocolate complete

Put liquids into the blender first, followed by the produce, and then the dry ingredients to help keep the dry ingredients from sticking to the sides of the blender.

Blend in a high power blender.
