Chocolate Cherry Energy Balls

 1 cup raw almonds
 2 servings chocolate Complete
 ½ cup dried cherries
 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp sea salt

Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend until well mixed.

Using about 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture at a time roll between your hands to form 3cm balls (if too dry, add more nut butter or honey)

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in an airtight container or in the freezer.
